Return/Exchange Policy

Each item is individually checked before being shipped out. In the case of merchandise that is defective, we will replace it promptly with the same item. In the case that the incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you, we will replace it with the correct item as originally indicated on the invoice. In the case of a return, we will issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in it's original packaging (plastic wrap is intact and the item has not been worn).

• You must notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS after the receipt of defective/incorrect merchandise in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
• WITHIN 14 DAYS, the merchandise must be shipped back to us at your expense to qualify for an exchange or refund.

We will only refund shipping charges if the merchandise sent is defective or if we've sent the incorrect merchandise. Please do not ship back to us using FedEx or UPS.

NOTE: ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ARE THE RESONSIBILITY TO BE PAID BY THE SENDER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT REQUIRES ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.
