Return/Exchange Policy

Each item is individually checked before being shipped out.

a. Defective Merchandise:
In the case of merchandise that is defective, we will replace it promptly with the same item. Note: Shipping the item back to us is at your expense and will not be refunded. We will ship the replacement item to you at our expenses.

b. Incorrect Merchandise:
In the case that the incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you, we will replace it with the correct item as originally indicated on the invoice.
Note: Shipping the item back to us is at your expense and will not be refunded. We will ship the correct item to you at our expenses.

c. Exchange due to incorrect size:
We understand that it is difficult to judge sizing from purchasing online. In the case of an exchange due to a wrong size that was ordered, we will exhange the item for another size once the item is returned in it's original condition (item has not been worn, washed and no visible marks).

d. Returns:
In the case of a return, we will issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in it's original condition (item has not been worn, washed and no visible marks).
Note: Shipping the item back to us is at your expense and will not be refunded.

  • You must notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS after the receipt of defective/incorrect merchandise in order to qualify for a replacement, exchange or return.

We will only issue a refund in the case of defective or incorrect merchandise. Please do not ship back to us using FedEx or UPS.

NOTE: ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ARE THE RESONSIBILITY TO BE PAID BY THE SENDER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT REQUIRES ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.
